Below are instructions on how to measure yourself to determine the best size for your height and body type.

 


 Half Chest Measurement: Measure from the left underarm across the fullest part of the chest to the right underarm.
   Sleeve Inseam: This measurement is taken from the center of the underarm straight down the inside of the arm down to the sleeve hem edge.
   Leg Inseam: Measure from the center of the crotch straight down the inside of the leg to the bottom of the hem.
  Center Front Length (27P): Measure a straight line from the neck to the crotch back to the center where the inseam is.
   Waist Measurement (CVC): Taken from the center of your side, across over to center of your other side in line with the top of your hip bone.
 Half Hip Measurement: 1/2 hip measurement is a horizontal line taken on the lower back of the garment. Measuring from the bottom of the lower waist, 7-1/2″ for a short, 8-1/2″ for a regular and 9-1/2″ for a long, from the outside of the hip across to the other outside edge of the hip (adding extra for a comfortable fit).
  Half Thigh Measurement: Measure horizontally from the outside of the thigh across the fullest part of the thigh to the inside of the thigh (adding extra for a comfortable fit).
   Half Ankle Measurement: Measure loosely around the circumference of the ankle at the hem area and divide by 2.
