PHILADELPHIA, April 7 — The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded a contract valued at up to $16.13 million to Carter Industries Inc., Olive Hill, Ky., for combat vehicle crewman’s universal camouflage pattern coveralls. The contract was awarded by the agency’s Defense Supply Center, Philadelphia.
